I understand that, if I do not grant my permission, my child will participate in the VBS, but will be seated outside of the viewing range of the camera.

This year will be messy! Please dress your child in clothing that is allowed to get dirty and/or wet. Complete this form for each child attending VBS and click submit. Provide a towel (just in case). If towel is clean/dry we will keep it with there team for the next day.
